Our Company, Cristiano Spagnesi is specialised in the production of curved multi-ply and furnishing objects. We are able to assist and advise the customer during all stages of the development of an idea, from the design to the creation of prototypes and the construction of moulds.

The latest technologies are used in production to create, with the aid of drawings and specifications supplied directly by the customer, curved elements destined for a market that demands articles of the highest quality.

All the products are made starting from sheets of peeled wood, plywood or other material subject to a curving process with the aid of high frequency gluing which is pressed by using legally compliant E1 adhesives. The moulded elements obtained in this way undergo cutting and edging treatments and are prepared for the finishing operations by using a 5-axis N.C. pantograph.

The company is able to guarantee finishings of the utmost precision thanks to the control of the incoming materials, to the constant checks during the various crafting stages and and to the continuous inspections of the finished product. We supply high quality standards and this allows the creation of structures which can support the construction of finished products capable of satisfying even the most demanding customers and designers.
